Job summary

GM Performance Power Units is seeking a Payroll Analyst to lead end-to-end payroll processing across US and UK. You will collaborate with Human Resources to ensure accurate payrolls, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting.

The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Dayforce HCM and Excel. The position supports compensation strategies, performs timekeeping oversight, and contributes to continuous improvement of payroll processes within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR or related field.
• 3+ years of payroll experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Dayforce HCM and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience supporting US payroll operations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer bi-weekly, monthly and off-cycle payrolls for salaried and hourly employees (US & UK).
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate payroll deadlines, auditing, and off-cycle payments.
• Maintain relationships with payroll vendors and generate accurate reports.
• Audit procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance across payroll cycles.
