Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of payroll and accounts payable processes.
• Experience working with SAGE.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sole responsibility for weekly payroll using SAGE, including payments and submissions.
• Preparation and submission of annual P11D returns and P46.
• Processing UK supplier invoices and resolving queries.
• Maintaining accurate supplier master data.
• Managing supplier queries and ensuring timely processing of invoices.
• Handling receipts, cash floats, and VAT compliance.
• Managing automated receipts and monthly reconciliations.
• Reviewing and paying staff expense claims.
• Supporting the finance team as required.
