Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible individual to join our Accountancy Team in the Creditors P2P team. The role will be primarily based in the Creditors P2P team responsible for the daily maintenance and updating of the Accounts Payable and Purchase to Pay system (P2P) including the P2P Management Console, liaising with suppliers and Departments to ensure all invoices are processed and matched correctly and in a timely manner. Ideally the successful candidate should have an attention to detail and experience of using the Corporate P2P system and Masterpiece Financial System along with Microsoft Office. They should also have good interpersonal communication skills. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily maintenance and updates of the Accounts Payable and Purchase to Pay system, including the P2P Management Console.
  • Liaise with suppliers and departments to ensure invoices are processed, matched and paid accurately and on time.
  • Record payments and perform reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Provide support to the P2P team with day‑to‑day bookkeeping, reporting and process improvements.

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
