Responsibilities

• Support partners, managers and colleagues in primary care service provision.
• Accurately detail information on patients records.
• Maintain the practice appointment system.
• Process patient requests for appointments via telephone or e-requests.
• Manage all queries in an efficient manner.
• Act as a chaperone as required.
