The role involves clinical service support and managing outreach programmes, requiring collaboration with healthcare professionals and community stakeholders. Candidates should have experience in healthcare communication and funding application processes. This position promotes high-quality patient care and aims for continuous improvement.
The second part of the role focuses on the outreach programme ELOPE, which leads and supports management of cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk factors and health promotion in the community for both primary and secondary prevention. This involves working with schools, employers and media.
This role will be split into two main areas of focus – one supporting existing clinical services for cardiovascular disease (CVD) prevention, and one supporting the CVD prevention outreach programme of East London Cardiovascular Disease Prevention (ELOPE).
