An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Patient Flow Co‑ordinator in the Clinical Site Team.
Cover 7‑day rota: days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays on a rotational basis. Cross‑site working also required.
The purpose: to ensure patients have a seamless journey and discharge, effectively managing the pathway across sites.
Motivated, enthusiastic individual to join dynamic team, support Ward managers and Matrons, support patient pathways from admission to discharge/transfer.

The flow coordinator liaises with the Emergency Department, Clinical Site Team and other Flow Co‑ordinators and receiving areas to ensure effective communication regarding capacity is maintained and appropriate early escalation is facilitated.
Work across both sites, Doncaster and Bassetlaw Sites.
Monday to Sunday – working hours 07:30‑20:00.
