Job summary

Optical Express in Leamington Spa is seeking a Patient Advisor to welcome patients and guide them through their clinic journey. This full-time role involves assisting in consultations, scanning eyes with state-of-the-art equipment and helping patients complete health questionnaires.

You will schedule treatment dates, discuss finance options, maintain patient records and contribute to a culture of care, trust and integrity, with occasional cover at Coventry Clinic.

• Can communicate clearly and articulately with a diverse range of people
• Have previous experience working towards sales targets and personal KPI’s

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with patients and ensuring regular communication prior to and following their treatment
• Assisting in patient consultations
• Scanning patients eyes using state of the art equipment as part of a full health check
• Assisting patients to complete health questionnaires
• Introducing patients to their optometrist
• Scheduling treatment date
• Discussing finance options
• Accurately maintaining patient records
• Role involves occasional cover at Coventry Clinic (travel covered by the business)
