Job summary

Optical Express Group in Leamington Spa is seeking a Patient Advisor to welcome patients and support their journey through consultations, eye scans and treatment scheduling. You will build relationships with patients and ensure ongoing communication before and after treatment.

You will assist in patient consultations, conduct eye scans with state-of-the-art equipment, help patients complete health questionnaires and coordinate treatment dates while explaining finance options.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with patients and ensuring regular communication prior to and following their treatment
• Assisting in patient consultations
• Scanning patients eyes using state of the art equipment as part of a full health check
• Assisting patients to complete health questionnaires
• Introducing patients to their optometrist
• Scheduling treatment date
• Discussing finance options
• Accurately maintaining patient records
• Role involves occasional cover at Coventry Clinic (travel covered by the business)

Job Title – Patient Advisor

Hours: Full Time – 40 hours

Salary: From £26,500 per annum + Bonus

Location: Leamington Spa with occasional cover at Coventry Clinic
