Job summary

Optical Express Group in Swansea is seeking a Patient Advisor to greet patients and set a welcoming tone as the first point of contact in clinics. You will build relationships, assist in consultations, scan eyes with state-of-the-art equipment, complete health questionnaires, and schedule treatment dates while discussing finance options.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with patients and ensuring regular communication prior to and following their treatment
• Assisting in patient consultations
• Scanning patients eyes using state of the art equipment as part of a full health check
• Assisting patients to complete health questionnaires
• Introducing patients to their optometrist
• Scheduling treatment date
• Discussing finance options
• Accurately maintaining patient records
