Job summary

Audika GB is seeking a Clinic Coordinator for our Sutton Coldfield hearing centre. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients.

You will manage diaries, support hearing care professionals, handle records in line with GDPR, and promote our wellness program and care plans. Attention to branch presentation and proactive communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in a clinic or healthcare setting.

• Ability to maintain accurate records with GDPR compliance.
