Optical Express in Southampton is hiring a Patient Advisor to welcome patients and support their journey from entry to treatment. You will engage with patients, perform eye scans, help with questionnaires and scheduling, and introduce them to their optometrist. A strong focus on service and accuracy is essential.

The role is full-time, entails 40 hours per week with weekend flexibility, and offers a benefits package including generous leave and eyewear discounts.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with patients and ensure regular communication before and after treatment.

• Assist patients to complete health questionnaires.
• Introduce patients to their optometrist.
• Schedule treatment dates.
• Discuss finance options.
• Accurately maintain patient records.
