Job summary

Optical Express in the United Kingdom is seeking a Patient Advisor to deliver a 5-star service, build strong patient relationships, and support ophthalmic teams. This full-time role covers 40 hours weekly, including Saturdays, with comprehensive training provided.

You will perform diagnostic eye scans, relay information to the optometrist, maintain records, arrange finance options, and coordinate consultations and surgeries.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with sales targets is preferred.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities are essential.
• Ability to work with ophthalmic professionals and patients.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a healthcare setting.
