Job summary

Optical Express in Dudley is seeking a Part Time Patient Advisor to provide world-class customer service across our clinics. You will engage with patients from entry, assist in consultations, and handle eye scans and health questionnaires with precision.

You will introduce patients to their optometrist, schedule treatment dates, discuss finance options, and maintain accurate patient records, all while supporting a culture of care and excellence.
