Job summary

Optical Express Group in Dudley invites applications for a Part-Time Patient Advisor role, with 24 hours per week and weekend availability. Salary is £26,500 per year plus bonus.

The role requires coordinating with clinics in Dudley and Wolverhampton to deliver outstanding patient care. You will greet patients, support in consultations, perform eye scans, help complete health questionnaires, and schedule treatments.

• Schedule treatment dates.
• Discuss finance options.
• Accurately maintain patient records.

Job Title - Patient Advisor

Hours: Part Time - 24 hours (Must be happy to work weekends)

Salary: £26,500 per annum + Bonus

Location: Dudley (Must be able to also cover Wolverhampton)

It's our Patient Advisor's role to make our patients feel like a superstar from the moment they enter our clinics. Our Patient Advisors are often the first person our patient interacts with. Every day will bring something new, but your day to day role will involve:
