Base Salary + Commission Incentives

OxyHealthCare is expanding, and we are recruiting a motivated Office & Sales Administrator to join our team at our Sheffield headquarters. This is a full-time role covering Saturday 9am5pm plus four weekdays, supporting both front-of-house operations and patient care.

About the Role

This position plays a key part in the smooth day-to‑day running of the clinic. You will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for both administrative excellence and sales performance through patient onboarding and chamber time bookings.

You will be trained in the fundamentals of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) so you can confidently discuss treatment options, understand patient needs, and advise appropriately.

Key Responsibilities

Front-of-house duties including greeting patients and managing appointments.

Selling HBOT chamber time and supplements, with commission incentives.

Handling daily administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.

Managing emails, booking systems, and patient records with accuracy.
