Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a proactive administrator to make and manage patient appointments across primary, secondary and community services. You will help patients transition smoothly between care settings and support follow-up arrangements.

You will maintain accurate records in GP and other health records systems, adhere to information governance, and escalate safety concerns to the appropriate clinical contacts when needed.
