Job summary

Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an organised Paediatric Pathway Admin Assistant to provide essential administrative and clerical support. You will work within the Paediatric Team at Queen Mary’s Hospital for Children, St Helier, acting as the point of contact for patient pathway-related issues and helping to track care from referral to treatment or discharge.

The role focuses on efficient scheduling, accurate record-keeping, and delivering a patient-centered service

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Experience with patient administration is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support administrative and clerical tasks to aid patient pathways.
• Schedule outpatient, pre-admission, diagnostic and inpatient appointments.
• Maintain patient records and data entry in PAS systems.
• Liaise with clinical staff to coordinate appointments and services.
• Provide information service for elective patients and answer enquiries.
