Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to the Cardiology Department and maintain professional, empathic service.
• Handle typing and letter administration to ensure professional output within turnaround targets.
• Coordinate paperwork, book clinic appointments, and support patient admission documentation.
• Scan patient records into the Trust EPR, answer phones, and send documentation to GPs, patients and external organisations.
