Job summary

Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Booking Coordinator to provide a professional booking service for patients and clinical teams. You will manage referrals and appointments, guiding patients through their care pathway from initial referral to follow-up or surgery.

Working in a busy Central Booking Team, you will use ERS and Lorenzo with training provided, handling high volumes with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• GCSE English/Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and administration systems.
• Experience handling confidential information and information governance.
• Experience in patient/customer contact.
• Recent NHS experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and efficient booking service for patients and clinical teams.
• Manage patient referrals and appointment bookings.
• Guide patients through care pathway from referral to follow‑up appointments or surgery.
• Use ERS and Lorenzo systems (training provided).
