Job summary

Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 2 Support Booking Coordinator in the Central Booking team. The role is permanent, full time (37.5 hours) with standard hours 08:00-18:00 Mon-Thu and 08:00-17:30 Fri, based in Salisbury.

You will manage referrals, support the e-Referrals system, and provide a friendly, efficient booking experience for patients. The ideal candidate will be experienced in team working, capable of handling multiple IT systems including eRS and Lorenzo, and possess

Qualifications

• GCSE English (Grade C/4) or equivalent.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Experience using a variety of IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Administrate the NHS e-Referrals system and ensure accurate entry onto the Hospital EPR.
• Cover the Central Booking Call Centre using the Netcall system.
• Provide an excellent patient service and uphold the Trust Access Policy standards.
