• Experience in patient or customer service.
• Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
• Organised approach with willingness to help others.
• Call centre experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls in a prompt, clear and friendly manner.
• Transfer calls efficiently.
• Respond to patient enquiries.
• Capture patient details accurately when booking appointments.
• Make outbound calls to support patients to attend their appointments.
• Make appointments for GP blood tests.
• Serve as point of contact for various specialties in UHL.
• Cancel and rebook appointments.
