Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor all incoming correspondence and accurately maintain records, including docketing deadlines in the internal database.
  • Perform quality checks on work completed by IP Administrators, particularly relating to new filings.
  • Oversee and manage team tasks daily through internal systems.
  • Promote best practices within the team by leading workflow meetings (both virtual and in-person) and conducting regular check-ins to ensure consistency and compliance with procedures.
  • Liaise regularly with fee earners to monitor task progress and manage deadlines efficiently.
  • Handle a range of formalities, including IDSs, Powers of Attorney, and assignments.
