Responsibilities
  • Support your team during busy services to create positive energy and a productive environment.
  • Work independently managing a demanding section of the kitchen.
  • Ability to remain calm during pressurised services.
  • Eye for detail with the ability to execute our desserts to the highest standard.
  • Show determination to deliver the best product and demonstrate commitment and passion on every shift to inspire those around you.
  • Demonstrate a desire to push culinary boundaries and learn new skills and techniques to deliver new and unique dishes.
  • Willingness to share your knowledge with junior members of the team so they are continually learning and developing.
