A local educational institution in Leeds is seeking a dedicated professional to promote positive student behavior and attendance. Responsibilities include providing high-quality support and contributing to strategic priorities. This role involves working with children, emphasizing a commitment to safeguarding and diversity in the workforce.
In this role you will contribute to the implementation of the academy strategic priorities, focusing predominantly on the promotion of positive student behaviour, excellent attitudes to learning and outstanding attendance and punctuality.

After 5 years continuous service, support staff will receive 5 additional days of annual leave entitlement (pro rata).
