We are recruiting a Pastoral Mentor to work within a secondary school in Peterlee. The role focuses on supporting pupils with emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement with learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 pastoral support to pupils

• Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour

• Monitor wellbeing and engagement

• Work closely with pastoral leads and safeguarding teams

• Build trusted relationships with pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
