Qualifications

Salary: £33,699 – £41,771 per annum

Role Overview

As a Pastoral Manager you’ll take the lead in enabling your team to meet our young people’s emotional needs. You will work with families, develop individual care plans, and create a positive learning environment where every young person can thrive.

Qualifications & Experience

NVQ Level 3 in Care or Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification. Ideally, a leadership‑related qualification. Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) training and experience of staff appraisal/performance management.
