Qualifications

• Experience in passive fire, fire stopping, fire doors, FRA remedials, or construction coordination.
• Social housing experience.
• Ability to read drawings/FRA reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate passive fire projects including fire stopping and fire doors.
• Maintain schedules, trackers, and documentation.
• Liaise with residents, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare weekly progress updates and maintain project KPIs.
