Parts & Service Advisor (Classic Cars)

Are you a Parts and Service Advisor with a background working for a premium dealer? On offer is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a well-established company looking for a driven and ambitious individual to join the business where you will have the autonomy to spearhead division responsible for customer service and bespoke car parts, ultimately driving the success of the business.

On offer is the chance to join a specialist automotive business who works with a wide range of vehicles, from vintage and classic models through to modern future‑classics, providing restoration, servicing and parts support to a high‑end customer base. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Parts & Service Administrator to join their team and ensure smooth, efficient workflow across the service, bodyshop, and restoration departments.

In this role you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing and managing parts; producing detailed customer estimates; overseeing stock control; managing project workflows; processing invoices and purchase orders; and supporting day‑to‑day operations across multiple departments. You will also assist with parts sales, catalogue items for online listings, and support front‑of‑house administration when required.

This role would suit a Parts and Service Advisor with a background working for a premium dealer particularly in premium brands, classic/vintage vehicles, or restoration who is highly organised, detail‑driven, and confident working across multiple departments.

The Role:

Identify and source parts using dealer and aftermarket diagrams

Produce detailed customer estimates for mechanical and bodyshop work

Project manage parts and vehicle restoration workflows

Assist with scheduling and support efficient service department operation

The Person:

Background in automotive administration, service, or parts
