Description

The Parts Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and profitability across our parts and service portfolio. This field-based position is ideal for an experienced, results-driven salesperson who thrives on building strong customer relationships and uncovering new business opportunities. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your territory, create tailored visit plans, and deliver exceptional service that exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement & Sales Growth: Build and maintain relationships with new, existing, and lapsed customers, converting prospects into repeat accounts and achieving annual sales targets.
  • Account Management & Call Planning: Develop structured account plans and schedule visits to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate account details, engine population data, and sales opportunities. Provide timely forecasts and performance reports.
  • Quotation & Follow‑Up: Prepare accurate parts and service quotations, track progress, and follow up to secure sales or provide feedback on lost opportunities.
  • Marketing & Lead Conversion: Utilise promotional campaigns and leads from Inside Sales to identify growth opportunities within your territory.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Sales Expertise: Proven success in a sales-driven environment, with experience of new business development.
  • Systems Proficiency: Skilled in using software systems, CRM platforms, and e‑commerce tools.
  • Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
