Job summary

Ford & Slater Corby is seeking a Parts Advisor in Leeds for a night shift (Tuesday to Friday, 6pm–6am). You will deliver professional parts sales to customers in person, over the counter, by phone and online, while ensuring accurate stock replenishment and safety compliance.

A strong customer focus and PC literacy are essential. Experience in the motor trade or a warehouse environment is valued, as is a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Parts Advisor or similar in HGV, commercial vehicle, motor trade or related sector.
• Experience in Warehouse/Stores environment welcome; passion for trucks and parts.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional parts sales service to internal and external customers face to face, over the trade counter, by phone and online.
• Replenish stocks in line with health and safety regulations and create new locations as needed.
• Promote growth of the parts business and use parts identification tools to ensure fast customer response.

Who are we looking for as a Parts Advisor:

• You will have previous experience working as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the HGV, commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector.
• Or have experience within a Warehouse / Stores environment and have a passion for trucks and know your truck / car parts.
• A customer focused individual with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working unsupervised whilst on night shift.
• PC Literate.
• Full UK driving licence.

The Parts Advisor role / responsibilities include (but not limited to):

You will provide a professional parts sales service to internal and external customers face to face, over the trade counter, telephone and online. To efficiently replenish stocks in accordance with health and safety regulations, creating new locations where necessary. Promote and encourage growth of the parts business. Utilise all parts identification tools to ensure effective and efficient customer response. Maintain competent and complete records for all service exchange parts supplied/returned.

Working: Tuesday to Friday 6pm - 6am.
