Job summary

Ford & Slater Lincoln in Leeds is seeking a Parts Advisor to deliver professional parts sales services across face-to-face, trade counter, phone and online channels. You will replenish stocks safely, promote growth of the parts business and maintain accurate records for service exchange parts.

The role requires night shifts from Tuesday to Friday, a full UK driving licence, and a passion for trucks. The employer highlights equal opportunities and a supportive work environment on Grangefield

Qualifications

• You will have previous experience working as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the HGV, commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector.
• Or have experience within a Warehouse / Stores environment and have a passion for trucks and know your truck / car parts.
• A customer focused individual with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working unsupervised whilst on night shift.
• PC Literate.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• You will provide a professional parts sales service to internal and external customers face to face, over the trade counter, telephone and online.
• To efficiently replenish stocks in accordance with health and safety regulations, creating new locations where necessary.
• Promote and encourage growth of the parts business.
• Utilise all parts identification tools to ensure effective and efficient customer response.
• Maintain competent and complete records for all service exchange parts supplied/returned.
• Working: Tuesday to Friday 6pm - 6am.
