Job summary

Ford & Slater Peterborough is seeking a Parts Advisor for night shift in Leeds. You will deliver professional parts sales to customers face-to-face, over the counter, by phone and online, and ensure stock replenishment in line with safety rules.

You will promote parts growth, use identification tools for fast responses, and maintain records for exchanged parts. The role requires a full UK driving licence and cross-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• You will have previous experience working as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the HGV, commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector.
• Or have experience within a Warehouse / Stores environment and have a passion for trucks and know your truck / car parts.
• A customer focused individual with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working unsupervised whilst on night shift.
• PC Literate.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• You will provide a professional parts sales service to internal and external customers face to face, over the trade counter, telephone and online.
• To efficiently replenish stocks in accordance with health and safety regulations, creating new locations where necessary.
• Promote and encourage growth of the parts business.
• Utilise all parts identification tools to ensure effective and efficient customer response.
• Maintain competent and complete records for all service exchange parts supplied/returned.
