A leading automotive company in Nottingham seeks a Parts Advisor who will ensure workshops are stocked with the right parts while providing excellent customer service. No previous parts experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, a keen desire to learn, and some comfort with computer systems. We're looking for a Parts Advisor to work at our Nottingham Motorstore. You don't need to have previous parts experience to apply, as we'll provide comprehensive training. Do you have customer service skills and experience working with stock? Our Parts Advisors keep our workshops well‑stocked with the right parts to maintain our vehicles, while keeping customers updated throughout every stage of the process. If you've worked in a retail environment before and have experience managing stock, you already possess many of the traits of a successful Parts Advisor. You’ll need to be comfortable using computers, but we’ll provide all training you need.
