Parts Advisor Role:

Our client is a main car dealership looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver a modern and efficient parts service within a small team.
2. Maintain high service levels to the workshop to ensure technicians remain productive.
3. Complete electronic up-sell VHCs promptly.
4. Understand all aspects of a parts department, including goods-in processes, parts identification, order processing, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns, and liaising with the service department.
5. Be customer-focused and able to prioritize workload to meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Parts Advisor in a main dealer environment.
• Preferably experience with Autoline / Kerridge systems.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driving license.

Package:

Basic Salary: £23,882, OTE: £27,382
