Working within a small team, you will focus on delivering a modern and efficient parts service. The main priority is to maintain a high level of service to the Workshop to ensure technicians remain productive and to complete electronic up-sell VHCs promptly.
As a Parts Advisor, you will need to be a strong all-rounder, understanding all aspects of a parts department—from goods-in processes, parts identification, order processing, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns, to liaising with Service over parts-related matters. You should be customer-focused and able to prioritize your workload to meet customer expectations.
