Job description

Sytner Solihull is looking for a Parts Advisor.

Your role

As a Sytner Parts Advisor, you will demonstrate a 'One Team' approach, communicating effectively with both internal and external customers and suppliers. You will ensure that all requests are dealt with promptly, supporting colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching, and sourcing.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the parts stock room, managing stock levels, and overseeing the ordering and selling of vehicle parts and accessories.

Sytner Parts Advisors work flexible shifts, which can include weekends, to provide excellent customer service.

Your profile

Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role within the motor industry and be IT literate. High levels of organization and attention to detail are essential. Excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience are required, as you will interact with customers both face-to-face and over the phone.

We seek someone passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and capable of advising customers on our products and services.
