  • Part-time position: flexible hours; Monday to Friday 10am – 2pm
  • Language: English
  • Location: Remote in the UK with 2 office days per month in Maidstone, Kent
  • Salary: £15 – £20 per hour + 10% uncapped commission

We are looking for an experienced and driven Partnerships & Sales Executive to join our team part-time. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in sales or partnership development, particularly in events and sponsorships. You will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with potential sponsors, securing sponsorships for our events, and driving sales to help scale our business.

Responsibilities

As our Partnerships & Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Build and manage relationships with potential sponsors, partners, and collaborators.
  • Develop and implement strategies to secure sponsorships for events.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure alignment on sponsorship packages and event offerings.
  • Track and report on sales performance against KPIs.
