Job Overview

The Partnerships & Experience Manager will support in enhancing the homeowner experience within our Collections during their stays. You’ll help develop and maintain regional partnerships, and be the first to manage our new Prime Concierge service, as well as working with our founder on the product implementation processes for our in-home products, Villa Valeria.

This role blends hospitality, operations, and partnership development – ideal for someone with a hotel, luxury travel, events or hospitality background who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.

This is a new role at August, and so you’ll have the chance to build experience, take on increasing responsibility over time, and grow alongside the business as the Partnerships and Experience function evolves.

Key Responsibilities
1. Villa Valeria Product Implementation

Co-ordinate the operation of Villa Valeria, our in-home product range. You’ll work with our suppliers and regional teams to ensure that we’re meeting the needs of the homeowners, and that we’re continuing to grow this offering to enhance their experience.

  • Supply & Fulfilment: Oversee the supply and delivery of Villa Valeria products to homes, coordinating between manufacturers, logistics partners, and regional teams.
  • Product Development: Support the evolution of the Villa Valeria range, working with brand and creative teams on new product ideas and launches.
  • Quality & Packaging: Maintain premium quality and packaging standards, creating a continuous feedback loop between homeowners, on-site teams, and production partners.
  • Stock Management: Manage inventory and stock levels, including products featured on the growing Villa Valeria online store.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor performance and feedback to drive enhancements in both process and product, ensuring a consistently high-quality homeowner experience.
2. Regional Partnerships & Experiences

Bring the August vision to life in every region by curating partnerships and experiences that elevate homeowner experiences and make every stay unforgettable. You’ll lead the charge in creating a seamless, service-driven experience that blends local authenticity with August’s refined standards.

  • Build Partnerships: Develop and manage partnerships with trusted local suppliers and experience providers – from private chefs and grocery services to wellness experts and unique regional activities. This will include working closely with our regional managers to support with sourcing unique experiences, hidden gems, and trusted partners that bring the destination to life, whilst ensuring these partnerships reflect August’s premium brand.
  • Drive Commercial Success: Negotiate commercial terms, manage contracts, and ensure every partnership delivers consistent quality and value across all regions.
  • Integrate and Market: Collaborate with marketing and operations to weave these experiences into the homeowner journey – ensuring each touchpoint feels curated, and enhancing to their experience, not pushy.
  • Elevate Every Stay: Continually evolve the offering based on homeowner feedback and emerging trends, keeping August homes at the forefront of lifestyle hospitality.
3. Prime Concierge & Homeowner Experience

Manage our concierge service, August Privee, our new luxury service designed to deliver truly effortless and authentic stays. You’ll be the go to for our Prime homeowners when planning their stays, working in our partnerships and experiences to enhance their stay.

  • Curate Extraordinary Stays: Support homeowners in planning their holidays from start to finish to showcase the local area and experiences - from pre-arrival details to in-home experiences that reflect the character of each region.
  • Create Bespoke Itineraries: Leverage our partnerships to design personalised itineraries and exclusive offers that make every stay exceptional.
  • Work to streamline processes: Manage daily operations of the Prime Concierge service, and as it develops look to ensure it’s scalable by working closely with our product team to weave this in with our platform, Valeria.
  • Listen & Evolve: Gather homeowner feedback and continuously refine the service to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and the overall August experience.
About You
  • Experience: 3+ years in hospitality, events, luxury travel, or operational roles within a hotel or service-led brand would be ideal, but any other related industries are also welcome.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and commercially astute with a focus on continuous improvement.
