A real-estate development company in London seeks a Partnerships & Experience Manager to enhance the homeowner experience by managing regional partnerships and operations. This new role offers opportunities to develop contractor services, build unique experiences, and manage a luxury concierge service. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in hospitality or luxury sectors, showcasing strong operational skills and proactive mindset. Language proficiency in French, Spanish, or Italian is a bonus.

The Partnerships & Experience Manager will support in enhancing the homeowner experience within our Collections during their stays. You’ll help develop and maintain regional partnerships, and be the first to manage our new Prime Concierge service, as well as working with our founder on the product implementation processes for our in-home products, Villa Valeria.
This role blends hospitality, operations, and partnership development – ideal for someone with a hotel, luxury travel, events or hospitality background who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
This is a new role at August, and so you’ll have the chance to build experience, take on increasing responsibility over time, and grow alongside the business as the Partnerships and Experience function evolves.
Co-ordinate the operation of Villa Valeria, our in-home product range. You’ll work with our suppliers and regional teams to ensure that we’re meeting the needs of the homeowners, and that we’re continuing to grow this offering to enhance their experience.
Bring the August vision to life in every region by curating partnerships and experiences that elevate homeowner experiences and make every stay unforgettable. You’ll lead the charge in creating a seamless, service-driven experience that blends local authenticity with August’s refined standards.
Manage our concierge service, August Privee, our new luxury service designed to deliver truly effortless and authentic stays. You’ll be the go to for our Prime homeowners when planning their stays, working in our partnerships and experiences to enhance their stay.
