Are you passionate about creating unforgettable brand experiences? We’re looking for a Partnerships Executive to help leading brands amplify their presence across sports, music, and cultural events.

About the Role

As a Partnerships Executive, you’ll work closely with the commercial, business development, and marketing teams to deliver seamless brand activations. From managing complex partnership plans and logistics to coordinating marketing integrations and reporting on growth, you’ll play a key role in scaling accounts and driving impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with global brands to activate campaigns that enhance fan experiences and brand visibility.
  • Translate client goals into actionable plans across internal teams (creative, strategy, operations, venues).
  • Support organic growth and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Lead day-to-day partnership delivery, including rights management, budget tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Contribute to strategic workshops, quarterly reviews, and partnership roundtables to position yourself as a trusted growth partner.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships Director to shape client experience strategy and support global expansion initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous Partnerships experience – agency or in-house
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing and event production workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Creative thinker with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Confident presentation skills, verbal and written with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in working in start/scale ups that are founder led

Based in the office 2 x per week in Gloucestershire, rest can be remote.

£30k+ benefits + 28 days holidays + bank hols.
