Job summary

Onecom is looking for a Partner Support Advisor to join the Onecom Partners team in Brockworth. You will deliver frontline support to partner operations desks, building strong relationships and providing technical guidance across data connectivity, VoIP, and mobile solutions.

You’ll be the first point of contact for queries, handling inquiries via email and phone, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly. Prior partner or service experience is beneficial.

About the role

As a Partner Support Advisor within Onecom Partners, you will play a key role in delivering frontline support to our Partner Operations Help Desks. You will work closely with our partners, providing outstanding service and technical assistance while helping to ensure the continued success of our partner network.
