Job summary

Onecom, the UK's leading business technology provider, is hiring a Partner Support Advisor within Onecom Partners. You will deliver frontline support to partner desks and build strong relationships while guiding telecom solutions across connectivity, VoIP, and mobile services.

You will be the first point of contact for partner queries, collaborate with internal teams, and help ensure the ongoing success of our partner network with outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support/helpdesk/service environment.
• Interest in telecommunications or technology.
• Technical aptitude or experience supporting connectivity/telephony.
• Experience working with partners, resellers, or business customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Provide technical support and guidance across Data Connectivity, VoIP, and Mobile Telephony.
• Manage partner inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences via email and phone.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet partner needs and resolve issues promptly.

About The Role

As a Partner Support Advisor within Onecom Partners, you will play a key role in delivering frontline support to our Partner Operations Help Desks. You will work closely with our partners, providing outstanding service and technical assistance while helping to ensure the continued success of our partner network. You'll be the first point of contact for support queries, building strong relationships with partners and providing solutions across our communication technology products and services.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Providing technical support and guidance across Data Connectivity, Voice over IP (VoIP), and Mobile Telephony solutions.
• Managing partner enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Delivering outstanding customer experiences through email and telephone communication.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure partner needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
