Job summary

Databricks is seeking a strategic Partner Development Leader to drive partner-sourced pipeline across Gold-tier and Rising Silver partners in EMEA. You will orchestrate GTM campaigns, industry workshops, and co-sell motions that move partners from delivery-focused to demand-driven engagements.

• Proven track record in partner-led pipeline generation and demand creation.
• Experience designing and running structured joint campaigns with partners.
• Ability to build and manage a defined partner portfolio and Joint Business Plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the business development motion for Gold-tier and Rising Silver partners in EMEA.
• Lead partner GTM campaigns and industry workshops.
• Translate Brickbuilder programs into live partner GTM plays and co-sell engagements.
• Manage partner governance, deal registration, and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with PSM, PSA, Field Marketing, and Field Sales to qualify and close partner-sourced opportunities.
