Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring in Field Engineering and GTM across EMEA. You will build engaging talent pipelines, run intake sessions with leaders, and use market data to shape roles, timelines, and candidate approaches.

You will partner with Field Engineering leaders and cross-functional teams, mentor less experienced recruiters, and help scale the company during its growth. This in-house role emphasizes data-driven decision making and inclusive hiring.

• Experience recruiting for Go To Market professionals across multiple EMEA markets.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decisions with data.
• Strong track record attracting passive candidates and building pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Field Engineering and GTM roles in EMEA.
• Develop and activate engaging talent pipelines for both active and passive candidates.
• Run intake and calibration sessions with Field Engineering leaders to align on roles and seniority.
• Create data-driven closing approaches to manage partner expectations and timing.
• Use market benchmarks to inform workforce planning and forecasting.
• Ensure a positive interview experience and contribute to diverse and inclusive hiring.
