Job summary

Amazon is seeking a GTM leader for the EMEA Data domain to own the multi-year strategy across Database, Storage and Analytics. You will partner with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Business Development, Partners, and Marketing to drive domain outcomes at scale.

You will manage CxO relationships, sponsor large data programs, and guide strategic initiatives such as data lake modernization and AI-enabled analytics deployments across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, matrixed teams.
• Experience in Go-To-Market, Sales, or Consulting.
• Experience with Data & AI tech (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics).
• Ability to engage C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinking about enterprise software and new technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the Database, Storage, and Analytics domain business; define the multi-year strategy, set goals and KPIs, and build scalable mechanisms.
• Deploy specialist capacity where opportunity is greatest, positioning the data estate as the foundation for analytics and GenAI ambitions.
• Build, coach, and retain a multi-geography team of senior GTM specialists; develop the next generation of leaders and set performance standards.
• Lead across a matrixed field organization aligning Sales, Solutions Architecture, Business Development, Partners, and Marketing to deliver domain outcomes.
• Own executive relationships with CIO, CDO, CTO and sponsor large data programs; lead data migrations and modernization initiatives.
