Tealium is seeking a strategic Partner Development Director to accelerate growth across EMEA. You will own the strategy and execution for key cloud, data infrastructure, and technology partnerships, with a focus on ecosystems like AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and GCP.

This UK-based remote role requires up to 50% travel within EMEA. You will build partnerships, expand distribution, and develop product-led marketplace motions to drive revenue and adoption of Tealium’s data platform.

Qualifications

5+ years in enterprise technology partnerships or related fields.
Experience with cloud/data infrastructure ecosystems (AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, GCP) a plus.
Ability to craft and scale partner motions and go-to-market strategies.
Strong technical understanding of cloud architecture and data infrastructure.
Proactive builder mindset with a track record of delivering measurable revenue.

Responsibilities

Build and execute an EMEA partner strategy focused on cloud/data ecosystems (AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, GCP).
Scale product-led marketplace strategies and listings to expand distribution.
Create new partner motions and go-to-market approaches from scratch.
Own performance of partnerships across pipeline, revenue, and marketplace adoption.
Develop compelling technical and commercial value propositions for partners to engage Tealium.
Leverage AI-enabled tools to identify opportunities and optimize decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate execution and revenue.
