Job summary

Databricks seeks a Retail and Consumer Goods EMEA Leader to architect and execute a category-defining GTM strategy from the ground up. You will operate with founder-like mindset in a hyper-growth environment and report to the Global VP of Consumer Industries.

You will build flagship CXO relationships, cultivate a partner ecosystem, and create scalable plays across Retail, Consumer Goods, Restaurants, and Wholesale, driving Data and AI-driven transformations.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership or practitioner experience in Retail or Consumer Goods.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in ambiguity.
• GTM architect with cross-functional experience.
• Executive relationship-building with CXOs.
• Transformation leadership in large organizations.
• Technical fluency in data, AI, and retail technology.
• Regulatory awareness of European GDPR and related topics.
• Program management across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Ability to train and enable sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a GTM strategy for EMEA Retail & Consumer Goods from the ground up.
• Build flagship account relationships with C-level stakeholders and create partner ecosystems.
• Identify high-value use cases and scale programs to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and partners to hit milestones.
• Develop scalable sales plays and industry content for multiple geographies.
• Establish Databricks as a thought leader through white papers and events.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and enable the sales organization.
