Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Retail and Consumer Goods EMEA Leader to architect and execute a category-defining go-to-market strategy from the ground up. You will build C-level relationships with flagship accounts, craft scalable programs, and shape partnerships across Retail, Consumer Goods, Restaurants, and Wholesale.

You will report to the Global VP of Consumer Industries and influence product direction, partner ecosystems, and the broader strategic agenda for EMEA in a role demanding founder-like

• Senior leadership experience in Retail or Consumer Goods, with a track record of building new categories.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute vertical go-to-market programs across Retail & Consumer Goods.
• Build and scale partner ecosystems, ISVs and SI relationships.
