About the role
The Partner Consultant leads the implementation of Xelix for customers delivered via our strategic partners, acting as both project manager and technical subject‑matter expert.

Success in this role requires excellent stakeholder management, a calm and structured approach to risk and change management, and the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences. You will be confident running enterprise projects, advising partners, and ensuring delivery meets Xelix’s standards.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine project leadership, technical depth, and partner enablement, while helping to shape a growing function in a scaling SaaS organisation.
As Xelix continues to grow, this role offers clear progression pathways across Professional Services, Partner Services, Pre‑Sales, or Customer Success.
