Qualifications

• Relevant accounting qualification such as AAT helpful.
• Good understanding of double entry.
• Experience in preparation of journals.
• Experience of dealing with large amounts of data (approx. 2,000 transactions a month).
• Use of Excel including advanced functions such as pivot tables.
• Experience of monthly reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to the Partner Accounting Manager and Tax Manager.
• Preparing monthly reconciliations of interest ledger accounts.
• Calculating adjustments to ensure equitable allocation of costs.
• Maintaining reconciliation processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensuring partner benefits and tax charges are calculated correctly.
• Reviewing supplier invoices related to fleet.

Skills

Relevant accounting qualification such as AAT
