Job summary

Armstrong Vets in York is seeking a friendly, caring and organised Customer Care Coordinator to join our reception team. Based at Fulford with occasional visits to Haxby and Acomb, you’ll be the welcoming face and reassuring voice for clients and their pets.

The role is part-time up to 20 hours per week, with shifts 8am–7pm and no out-of-hours. We offer a supportive workplace, benefits pro rata and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Attitude, kindness and people skills are essential.
• Experience in reception or customer service is advantageous.
• Friendly and calm under busy conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and be the reassuring first face on the phone.
• Provide friendly, organised support to the team and clients.
• Occasional travel between Fulford and branches when required.
